FINALISING YOUR ORDER
Upon receiving your order, we endeavour to notify our local manufacturers within 48 hours. From here, a delivery within two weeks can be expected. You will receive tracking details via an email as soon as it’s been shipped.
All orders are printed & framed-to-order with our trusted partners located in Melbourne or London. Each frame is hand-cut and carefully assembled using museum-grade Plexiglass (which is lighter than glass, shatterproof and helps to protect the print from UV damage) and finished with hanging wire at the back so they arrive to you ready to hang. The framing material is sourced locally and sustainably using Victorian Ash or Tasmanian Oak timbers in Australia, and Oak in the United Kingdom.
SHIPPING
For all sizes up to and including the 120×80cm frame, shipping is included Australia-wide (if ordered in Australia) and United Kingdom-wide (if ordering in the UK). Each frame is bubble-wrapped and shipped in custom made, double wall cardboard packaging using a courier service insured against loss or damage. In the unlikely event of damage or loss occurring, we’ll work with you to replace it as soon as possible. For all framed prints 150×100cm, 180×120cm and above, shipping is NOT included and we recommend contracting a specialised art courier.
RETURNS
We cannot accept returns for any reason as each order is printed & framed especially for you. Please choose carefully and ask questions and/or request a mock-up before purchasing.
