FINALISING YOUR ORDER

Upon receiving your order, we endeavour to notify our local manufacturers within 48 hours. From here, a delivery within two weeks can be expected. You will receive tracking details via an email as soon as it’s been shipped.

All orders are printed & framed-to-order with our trusted partners located in Melbourne. Each frame is hand-cut and carefully assembled using museum-grade 3mm Plexiglass (which is lighter than glass, shatterproof, and helps to protect your work from UV damage).  The framing material is sourced locally and sustainably using Victorian Ash and Tasmanian Oak timbers. 

SHIPPING

Shipping is on us Australia-wide. The frame is bubble-wrapped and shipped in custom made, double wall cardboard packaging using a courier service insured against loss or damage. In the unlikely event of this occurring we’ll work with you to replace it as soon as possible.

RETURNS

We cannot accept returns for any reason as each order is printed & framed especially for you. Please choose carefully and ask questions and queries before you purchase.
