FINALISING YOUR ORDER

We endeavour to send your order to the manufacturers within 48 hours of order confirmation. From here, a delivery within two weeks can be expected. You will receive tracking details via an email as soon as it’s been shipped.

All orders are printed & framed-to-order with our trusted partners located in Abbotsford, Melbourne. Each frame is hand-cut and carefully assembled using museum-grade 3mm Plexiglass (which is lighter than glass, shatterproof, and helps to protect your work from UV damage).  The framing material is sourced locally and sustainably using Victorian Ash and Tasmanian Oak timbers. 

SHIPPING

Shipping is on us Australia-wide. The frame is bubble-wrapped and shipped in custom made, double wall cardboard packaging using a courier service insured against loss or damage. In the unlikely event of this occurring we’ll work with you to replace it in the most timely fashion.

RETURNS

We cannot accept returns for any reason. Please choose carefully, and ask the questions and queries you may have before you purchase. We do not carry stock and each order is printed & framed especially for you and how you’ve specified your order in the Print Shop.
